In Jdeideh, during the difficult days of war when roads were closed and resources were scarce, the family, led by Jean Kharma, began the L’abeille D’or story with knefe. Prepared daily and served warm from the oven, it became the brand’s signature: a generous Lebanese classic, a family craft, and a taste of happiness remembered across generations.
